This internal work requires personal reflection, the willingness to look at possible blind spots, and the courage to ask others for help to see what we cannot see. Through noticing, you will become more aware and hear that “all-too-automatic” negative inner voice. This negative voice is holding you back from all you deserve. By simply noticing you will begin to turn down the volume of the negative voice and increase your level of self-compassion. You will begin to be gentle with yourself and trust your instincts.
After many years of dis-respecting myself, I’ve started to live differently. Knowing how great it is on the “other side” of this equation, I’m excited to join you in your own journey across what can sometimes seem like a huge divide. What I know is, it’s possible. I won’t say it’s easy, but it is possible. Together we will look at what’s standing in your way of getting the respect you deserve, inside and out.
